Mocha Frosting
Adapted from Chocolate Frosting

I realized one day that if I was using hot water, I could just as easily be using coffee to make a mocha frosting.
Ingredients
- 5 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1/3 cup coffee
Method
- Melt the chocolate and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Cream the butter with an electric mixer, then add the egg, sugar, and chocolate. Once it is well blended, add the coffee.
- Chill the frosting until it is spreading consistency.
